Are you a mocha fan? If so, this super easy snack is for you. With only six ingredients and made in the microwave, this muffin is a snap to put together.
4 tbsp Trim Healthy Mama baking blend
3 tbsp brewed coffee, cooled slightly
1 tsp cocoa powder
1/2 tsp Pyure
1/2 tsp baking powder
Add all ingredients to a microwave safe mug and cook for about 1 1/2 – 2 minutes or until done. I have a 700 watt microwave, so if your microwave is more powerful, I would use less time and add more if needed.
